Shipping Information

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹499
  • Standard shipping: ₹50
  • Express shipping: ₹70 (2-3 business days)

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within same day of delivery for customised products
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs of ₹10 will be deducted from your refund

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@blloom.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided in the return instructions)

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
